Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Certain items are non-returnable (see below).
  • To start a return, email us at support@rivvera.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@rivvera.com.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We will provide return instructions and the correct return address after your request is approved.

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • For a different size/color/product, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your refund is approved.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue quickly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty, hygiene items)
  • Custom products (e.g., personalized or special-order items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Final Sale: Gift cards and items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for returns or refunds.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in the same condition as received—unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
