Shipping

How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
When will my order arrive?
  • U.S. Standard: Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days after processing. Select premium items may take up to 14 business days.
  • International Standard: Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days after processing. Select premium items may take up to 21 business days.

Delivery times may vary based on product location and destination country. Tracking details will be provided once your order ships. Carrier or customs delays may extend delivery times. Full details: Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Ireland, and much of Western/Northern Europe (AT, BE, DK, FR, DE, LU, NL, NO, SE, CH), plus Australia and New Zealand. See the full list in our Shipping Policy.
Do you offer free shipping?
  • U.S. Orders: Free on all orders.
  • International Orders: Free on orders of $100 or more.

Orders under the free-shipping threshold incur flat-rate fees. Full details: Shipping Policy.

Customs, duties, or taxes?
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes assessed by their local authorities. Learn more in our Shipping Policy.

Returns & Refunds

What’s your return window?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Start a request at support@rivvera.com with your order number. Full policy: Returns & Refunds.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll share the correct return address once your request is approved.
How do refunds work?
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank/card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, contact us at support@rivvera.com.
Do you offer exchanges?
We replace items only if they’re defective, damaged, or incorrect. For a different size/color/product, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order after your refund is approved.
Which items are non-returnable?
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty, hygiene products).
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Gift cards and items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

Orders & Payments

Can I change or cancel my order?
We start processing quickly (often within 1–3 business days). If you need a change, email support@rivvera.com ASAP—if the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to help.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards and payment methods supported by Shopify at checkout. Prices are in USD unless otherwise noted.
